All About Yoga: Poses, Types, Benefits, and More | Everyday Health

During spring term 2,  the children undertook a 5 week taster session of yoga. Initially this was delivered online to pupils in school and home learning. Once the school re-opened on the 8th March the whole school enjoyed the sessions, on line via Zoom  delivered by Julie Bates from Primary Stars.


The sessions were introduced to support the PSHE programme and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
