On Monday 11th October, for three days our lone year 6 pupil attended White Hall for days packed full of adventures activities. Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic a member of staff was unable to accompany our pupil and we had to rely on the services of a Parwich member of staff. They were fantastic forwarding photographs of her undertaking the activities for parents to see how much she was enjoying the outdoor events.
What makes this visit even more special is that it provides the opportunity for pupils from more than one cluster school to mix together and develop friendships that can last a lifetime.
The activities experienced included canoeing, rock scrambling, Zip wire, climbing wall, ‘Woods have eyes’, shelter building and ropes course.
The pupil quoted, “It made me challenge myself and took me out of my comfort zone! I really enjoyed it and wish I could have stayed longer. I made some new friends who I hope to see when I transfer to secondary school.”
