Josh writes: On Thursday 10th of December at night we were doing the nativity and I had butterflies in my tummy it was so nerve-racking. The time came and we lined up at the back of the church to get ready to go on stage. We went up on stage and we started singing our first song. I was quiet enjoying myself. After a few songs it was the king’s part which I was one of. The music started and we started singing the Kings song. Then we began shimmying and then singing, then at last the King’s song had finished. The Kings were; me, Isaac and Will. KingBut Mrs Flower who was our teacher told us to do the wrong thing and that was to give the gifts before the narrator said to. We carried on though and no one in the audience knew!
A few more songs and then we were finished and it came so quickly. We all bowed and then Mrs Blackwell our head teacher talked about us all. It was embarrassing!

We all got changed into our normal cloths and then we had some lovely pea and pie, it was amazing. Afterwards my mum gave me a pound and I put it on the raffle to win the cow picture. The time came for the raffle to be drawn and Mrs Mellor shouted the numbers out and it was my number I couldn’t believe it I actually won something for once, I was delighted. Then it was time to go home but I had a brilliant night.
