Children In Need 2020

Pudsey Bear to cut the ribbon at Camborne Post Office | Falmouth PacketThe school opened its doors to be greeted by children wearing an array of spotty and yellow clothing. This important charity is one which the children always express their desire to raise money for as they know it goes directly to children in the United Kingdom.

The children were fully engaged during the day’s worship where they were reminded of how and why this charity was created. It was Forty years ago in 1980, when  the first BBC Children in Need telethon was broadcast.

They enjoyed taking part in a selection of Pudsey based activities in the afternoon whilst still remembering to comply with the social distancing rules.

The school has agreed to match the children’s donations collected.

The total collected was £47.16
