Road Safety

Road Safety Concerns and Safe Riding! - The Darjeeling Chronicle

Children in key stage 1 and key stage 2 undertook Road Safety Training via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 18th January 2022. Karen Dobson ‘Road Safety Officer’ delivered vital information for the safety of all children on the roads. This work is especially for children who live in small villages as there is often a misconception that there is limited traffic passing through a village and that they are a very quiet and tranquil place to live in. Often the road system is not quite as straight forward as it might be in larger towns and cities with traffic flow being haphazard.
