Macmillan – Afternoon Tea

Yet again Macmillan Coffee Morning coincided with SUD (Stand Up Derbyshire Day) so to raise money for Macmillan the children came to school wearing sports clothes and undertook sports activities throughout the day. To be slightly different we had a Macmillan Afternoon Tea where family, friends, Governors and members of the community were invited to elite steroids have afternoon tea and play bingo. The event was very well attended on an extremely wet afternoon.

The event was organised as a tribute to Bel Kerr who has recently moved into a care home. She has been the organiser of the Macmillan Coffee Morning in Hartington for many years and holds the charity very close to her heart.

We were extremely delighted to announce the final total raised was £245.00
