MAST – The Parable of the Sower

The children sat quietly and in awe as Mr and Mrs Bridden introduced them to the story for the day’s Worship.  You could have heard a pin drop in the hall of the school.  “I’m so excited I didn’t want to miss this story,” whispered a reception child to the child sitting next to him. Once the story had been performed, the children clapped enthusiastically, and when asked what had they learnt from the story and how did this relate to their lives, a Year Two child replied, “It means to always try your best and not to give up, just like when I went up onto the high ropes even though I am scared of heights!”
