‘Pupil Voice, Pupil Choice!’

We listen to children’s ideas

We help sort out problems

We are the messengers between pupils and teachers

We help to make the school a happier place

We help make important decisions

We help to organise events

The whole school is involved with the school council.

We have meetings once a term and representatives of our governing body are also invited to participate and then report back to the full governing body.

The children are part of the decision making process within the school and at present are organising school lunchtime and playtime rotas which will include Playtime Buddy Training. This is part of a larger project linked to the Healthy Lifestyle Award and to the School Improvement Plan.
